Texas Club cold smoke generator

Ideal for cold smoking fish, meat, seasoning, nuts and other products. The fully loaded generator holds around 200 g or 0.5 L of sawdust ensuring burning time of up to 20 hours. It is made of high quality stainless steel and can be used in all closed-type grills and smokeries.

Dimensions: 250x250x50mm.

Hickory, fruit tree and herbs sawdust for cold smoking, 200g
Oak bourbon and wine barrel sawdust for cold smoking 200g.
Suitable for all Kamado BONO models and other Kamado grills with a diameter of more than 40 cm (or more than 15”).
