Description
More info on this rub…
Braai is a South African derived seasoning that loosely translates as meaning ‘BBQ’. And indeed, this wonderfully tasty rub is absolutely crying out to be used on your favourite meats at the family BBQ. Just think of who you can impress with your seasoning of foods!
Like Jerk and other dry rubs, you simply massage this powder into your food, but unlike Jerk which is really best with Chicken, Pork or Fish, Braai is wonderful with other meats too.
For the best tasting Braai, we really would recommend cooking this over flame on a BBQ as the natural oils and juices just mingle with the ingredients to give a deliciously tasty experience which will make you want to have a BBQ every night…
