Shipping Policy for Kamado Kings
At Kamado Kings, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our products, including Kamado Bono grills, accessories, pizza ovens, spare parts, rubs, sauces, and more. Shipping Providers for Kamado Bono Grills
When it comes to delivering Kamado Bono grills, we offer two options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping (Kerbside Delivery – Free within Mainland UK(T/C apply)):
– Additional Charges: Some postcodes may incur additional shipping surcharges. Please check for any surcharges related to your delivery address before finalizing your order. – Delivery Process: The Kamado Bono grill will be delivered to the nearest accessible point to your property on a pallet. Please note that the grill and its base are heavy, so you will need additional help to move it to your desired location. – Pallet Disposal: You are responsible for disposing of the pallet used for delivery. – Delivery Days and Hours: Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. – Pallet Size: Your Kamado Bono grill will be securely strapped, wrapped, and shrink-wrapped. It will be delivered on a lorry with a tail-gate lift. Ensure you have ample space for both the delivery lorry and the pallet. – Packaging Removal: You are responsible for removing the packaging, lifting the Kamado Bono grill off the pallet, and transporting it to your desired location. The courier is not obliged to assist with these tasks.
- Fast Shipping (Optional):
– Delivery Time: Choose our fast shipping option for expedited delivery, typically taking 1-2 working days to reach you. – Order Dispatch: Orders received by 1 PM are dispatched on the same working day, while orders received after 1 PM are transferred to the following day’s dispatch.
Access Considerations
Please consider access factors to ensure smooth delivery:
– City Locations: Check for daytime restrictions, parking restrictions, weight limits, time limits, bus lanes, or pedestrian-only areas in your city location. – Country Locations: Ensure there are no overhanging trees, obstructions, soft or uneven surfaces, or narrow lanes in your rural location.
Kerbside Delivery Policy
Our courier follows a kerbside delivery policy. The driver will not move or unpack the Kamado Bono grill inside your property. The delivery will be made “kerbside” to your driveway.
Delivery Upgrades
For deliveries outside mainland England or upgraded services, contact our Customer Support team via email or telephone after placing your order to make suitable arrangements.

Please Note:
Free shipping does not apply to areas such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and the Republic of Ireland. Additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout for these locations.
Free shipping also does not cover failed deliveries. If a delivery has been booked in with the shipping company and fails due to incorrect information, access issues, or no one being present, a surcharge will apply. This surcharge will be billed separately according to the carrier’s rates.
If a delivery date has been confirmed and we have not received prior notification of any changes or cancellations, additional charges for re-delivery will also apply.
Inspection and Reporting Damage
Upon delivery, someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the Kamado Bono grill. We strongly recommend unpacking and thoroughly inspecting your grill before signing for it. If you notice any damage, make a note of it on the delivery note and immediately notify us at Gieto Group Ltd (brand name Kamado Kings):

By signing the delivery receipt without noting any damage, you legally acknowledge that you have received the goods in perfect condition, potentially limiting your recourse for any damaged items.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order after the product is already in transit, a cancellation fee will apply as per the carrier’s fees. Please contact us directly via email or phone for specific details regarding these fees.
