What you get with the Grande rotisserie
Ring, stainless steel spit with two meat forks, and the electric motor with its bracket – ready to cook.
The ring sits between the base and the dome, so you cook with the lid shut and the kamado keeps its heat.
The spit turns by itself over the coals, so a whole chicken browns evenly all the way round.
Made for your Kamado Bono grill, with a 2-year warranty.
Whole chicken, lid closed

How to cook a whole chicken
Set up indirect heat
Push the coals to the back or fit the heat deflector, and put a drip tray under the meat. Aim for 180–200°C. On a Grande or larger you can put the deflector in on one side only – half indirect, half direct.
Load and balance
Push the spit through the centre of the meat, tighten both forks, and tie the legs and wings. Well-balanced meat turns smoothly.
Cook with the lid closed
A 1.6–1.8 kg chicken takes about 70–90 minutes. It’s done at 74°C in the breast and 80°C in the thigh – check with a probe thermometer.

What customers say
Fit the costco kamado a treat.
Works perfectly. But every 10-15 minutes need adjustment of the skewer since it moves out of the motor. The machining left tini grooves that “unscrews” the skewer out of the motor. Will need to adopt a stopper to prevent ot and avoid skewer from stopping in the middle of the cook.
A must have for any Kamado
