The Inkbird INT-12-BW is a smart wireless meat thermometer designed for grilling enthusiasts.

The thermometer connects via either Bluetooth or WiFi, and the long and short high-precision probes can be used separately for different dishes that vary in size, thickness, cooking time, and method.

The white probe monitors the internal temperature of the food, while the black probe simultaneously measures both the internal food temperature and the ambient temperature in your oven or grill. This helps you easily control the entire cooking process by monitoring the temperature through the app. The app also allows you to set temperature presets based on what you’re cooking, view real-time temperature graphs, and more. The thermometer’s base uses a built-in lithium battery and is rechargeable via a USB connection.

⚠️ Note: The thermometer should be protected from rain – do not leave it exposed in wet weather.

The probes can be used in direct heat up to 250°C, but it’s important to insert the probe fully into the meat up to the marked line.
